1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizGenius (“the Service”) at bizgenius.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BizGenius is a SaaS platform that allows you to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered chatbot agents. These agents can be embedded on your website, answer questions using a custom knowledge base, and accept bookings through integrations with Calendly and Google Calendar.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on the Service.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate or distribute spam, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms (e.g., Calendly, Google).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by your AI agents are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring the output of agents you deploy.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Calendly, Google Calendar, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or content of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (knowledge base files, agent configurations). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZGENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
